About the role
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Workspace Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our centre, supporting clients, tenants, and visitors while keeping our workspace running smoothly.
You'll handle front-of-house duties, manage meeting room bookings, support tenant onboarding, and assist with general administration, facilities, and health & safety. You'll also play a part in promoting our meeting rooms and workspace services.
About You
Excellent communication and organisational skills, confident in a busy environment, and competent with Microsoft Office. Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, reception, or retail) is essential, with admin experience a bonus. GCSEs in Maths and English required.
Additional Information
Occasional travel to other sites may be required. Right to work in the UK and two references required.
